Millerson Wilridge

Director of Billing Services

Millerson Wilridge, our Director of Billing, is a vital part of our company. She has been instrumental in developing policies and procedures for most departments. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix
and 13 years of experience in human services, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our
team. Her 20-year tenure with our company is a testament to her dedication. Millerson
is a single mother of two boys, Kevin and Kaden, and a member of Good Hope Baptist
Church. Her active involvement in community organizations, such as the National Association University of Women (President of Rayne branch) and Daughters of Nefertiti, is truly inspiring. In her free time, she enjoys arts & crafts.

Pauline Richard

Director of Personal Care Services

Although Ms. Richard is one of our newest employees, she comes with a wealth of experience. With over 26 years of experience in the healthcare field, she holds a degree in Sociology and a master’s in the Science of Sociology with a minor in Education. Her passion lies in caring for people and meeting their needs. She finds fulfillment in helping homebound or disabled individuals in her parish. Her motivation to help others stems from her upbringing. After her mother’s passing, she assisted her father in raising her brothers. She is the oldest of ten children, has six daughters of her own and 11 grandchildren. During her free time, she enjoys attending church, volunteering in the community, spending time with her grandchildren, visiting museums, reading, and delving into history.

Angela Disatell BSN, RN

Corporate Compliance Officer

Angela Disatell is Corporate Compliance Officer for Community Healthcare Professionals, overseeing the Company’s compliance program promoting ethical practice and compliance with state and federal regulations. Angela has been an integral part of the administrative team since 2010 and brings more than 24 years of healthcare experience to the role.  Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University. She has spent her career focused on improving the quality of care, health and well-being of others, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and family members.



Paula Thibodeaux

Volunteer Coordinator

Paula Thibodeaux, our compassionate volunteer coordinator for the CHP hospice division, is always ready to help. With nearly three years at CHP and over two decades in the oil industry, and a degree in biology, she brings a variety of experience to her role. Though Paula enjoys helping where she is needed, her biggest passion is her family. In her rare downtime, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, participating in bible
studies, and spending time with friends and family. If you’re considering volunteering, don’t hesitate to contact Paula. She is always ready to lend a helping hand and will gladly guide you through the process.

Roselyn Collins

Senior Director of Home Health & Private Duty

Rosalyn is a dedicated professional. With over 14 years in this role and 4 years as a Home Health case manager, she’s shown unwavering commitment. Significant contributions to our growth have marked her 18-year tenure with our company. Rosalyn’s exceptional care and compassion towards her patients is well-known, and she is instrumental in guiding and training our nurses. She obtained her LPN certification from Louisiana Technical College- T.H. Harris Campus and her RN Degree from LSUA. Rosalyn lives in Opelousas with her husband, Daryl. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and cooking for family and friends.

Amanda Primeaux RN, BSN

Quality Assurance Nurse - Home Health

Amanda Primeaux, RN, BSN, is our Home Health division’s Quality Assurance Nurse.
With over 18 years of nursing experience, she has been with CHP for four years. Amanda graduated at the top of her LPN class as Valedictorian in 2005. She furthered her education by obtaining her registered nursing degree in 2013 and earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Amanda’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program to ensure services meet quality standards and reach a certain level of care. In addition to her role at CHP, she has volunteered for the American Red Cross and has been a member of the Lafayette Consolidated Government Central Safety Committee. Amanda finds inspiration in her husband and three young children
daily.

 

Magen Vanderslice

Director

Magen Vanderslice graduated with her associate’s degree from Southwest Mississippi Community College in 2011. She was then offered a job at a local facility providing home health to patients in need, a role she quickly realized was her life’s calling. Magen takes great pride in her work, especially in caring for her patients. She lives in Saint Amant with her husband, son, and daughter, and is an active member of her community, always ready to lend a helping hand. Her altruism and dedication to helping others is a key part of her identity. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her kids and cheering them on at their sporting events.

Zachary David

Director of Hospice

Zachary David is a seasoned professional with 15 years of nursing experience, 13 of which have been in Hospice/Palliative care. He has been with the Community Healthcare Professionals for nine years. He completed his associate’s degree in the Science of Nursing in 2009 from LSUE and his bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing in 2013 from McNeese State University. Zachary’s dedication to his profession is balanced by his personal interests. He resides in Youngsville, Louisiana, with his wife, daughter, and son and enjoys spending quality time with them. He also finds joy in hunting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through weight training.

 

Falashia Thomas

Director of Human Resources

Falaisha Thomas, our Human Resources Director, is a seasoned professional who joined our team in 2023. With over 13 years of experience in human resources and operations management in healthcare settings, she brings abundant knowledge and expertise. Her passion for meeting new employees, training, and fostering their development is evident in her work.  She firmly believes in furthering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, a belief that inspires and motivates those around her. Falaisha holds a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation & Leisure Studies and a Master’s in Public Administration. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her family, hosting gatherings, and exploring new destinations through travel.
