Dawn Dugas is currently the Administrator for The Community Group. Her primary role is to ensure the day to day operations of the entire organization. Over the last two years, Dawn has worked diligently to manage and put forth a quality assurance and compliance program to ensure standards of care practices are enforced within the organization. Dawn enjoys working with her team of employees influencing them to reach their full potential.
Dawn’s primary experience has been in health care since 1994 working in Home Health, Hospice, and Personal Care services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Business Administration. Dawn resides with her her husband Jonathan “JD” in Maurice Louisiana. They have one daughter Ava Leigh. As a family they enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing and boating, attending Ava’s sporting events or just hanging out at home enjoying time with friends and family.
