Community Extended Care Services

Is your child (or patient) in need of a nurse to care for him or her in their home?

If so, he or she may qualify for Skilled Nursing (also known as Extended Care Home Health/Private Duty). This service is provided through private insurance, Medicaid, and/or private pay and it meets the needs of individuals with developmental/mental disabilities and/or those in need of medical care on a daily basis.

Our private duty nurses are available whenever you need them. From scheduled nursing visits to hourly care, someone is there to help 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
